Being a women
Until I was 8 years old, I didn’t realise the difference between a boy and a girl. After 8 years I seriously hated being a girl due to some situations after I started to compare myself with my brother. Started to feel why do they have it easier than us and why do they feel they are stronger than us. Even at my home my both the parents come from work tired but why does only my mother need to cook and do the household work. My grandparents never show the same amount of love how much they show to my brother, never understood what’s the difference. But still there are many women who inspire me in my life like my mother who even on Sunday wakes up early, makes tiffin, goes to office, comes back and again makes the dinner. There are many such women in the world like Indra Nooyi, Kalpana Chawla, Sarojini Naidu and many more who proved themselves and made a lot of contributions to the world. Will we respect women only on women’s day, infact women’s day should be celebrated every single day by giving equal opportunities in all the fields, educating every girl child and respecting them. When women also are given the same courage, rights and opportunities as men then only this world would be better in everything. Women are stronger than anyone existing in the world as they bear the most pain anyone could bear and without women the cycle of life will not run that’s why they call the earth as ‘mother earth’ so, please respect women.
